Dan,

From all I 've read and experienced directly and in discussions with

others, generally it's best to drink wheat grass juice ALONE with no

food or even water within 20 or so minutes of it.

For some people, wheat grass juice is very energizing. Because of

that, it's generally not recommended that it be taken after, say 5 pm.

HOWEVER, I do know some people who find it calming and so an

evening drink is fine. I suggest you test this when your schedule

permits, just in case you feel wired and cannot sleep.

Make it a Green Day!

Hi;

perhaps this group will help?

Is it better to take the juice at night and let it do it's thing unmolested by

other

foods or in the morning with the madicines, etc?

I realise I should be doing it more than once a day but was wondering about

the benefits.

I'm sprouting Adzukis for the first time...any idea what they taste like?

Mungs?

Thanks,

Dan

Hi Dan,

I don't know the ideal timing for the wheat grass juice consumption, but I

frequently drink tea from a Chinese herbalist (very intense consomme). He

emphasizes to drink it alone (no food or other drinks) between 2-6 PM. No

later than 6! I think this would apply for other highly potent concentrates

like wheat grass. Experiment with it!

Good luck -Eva
