(I know you'll get more milage out of mungs if you sprout them big under weight but I enjoy them young also, I think they actually might be more nutritious this way, not sure). You can sprout them together and eat them like a power packed salad with some of your favorite dressing. I like to add some sunflower seeds and rasins too. Thought I would toss some ideas your way since you seem to be having fun. Lurk on.
