Everyone..

Have just come across some information talking about Lubar protocols for

classic ADhD which talks about training at CZ. The inhibit was (to me) the

curious thing. For an adolescent, it seems was suggesting that 6 to

10

was the best inhibit.

Although it lists doing CZ ,rewarding 16-20, inhibiting 6-10 for 10-15 year olds it is listed for ADD (rather than ADHD) and for ADHD (no age) he recommends rewarding 12-15 and inhibiting 4-8 or 6-9.
