Great job! Forgot to tell you yesterday that your post inspired me to

add on 10 minutes of regular cardio to my HIIT last night and I was

able to make the goal, especially knowing someone else out there was

trying also.

Roadrunner has gone security crazy lately. They've been blocking certain ISPs

altogether. It's usually a temporary thing. If you have several e-mail accounts

you can try writing to me from a different one. Hopefully, not all of them have

been blocked. Or, you can e-mail me at my spam address - skwigg@... . I

normally don't check it but I will for a few days.
