Guest guest
Beth, that would be great to bring a sniffy to PDX. Does it brown out for you so that you have to whiten the base? Guest guest
I understand. I think the brown is unavoidable, unfortunately. Guest guest
OK, please remind me on Thursday if you can. I'm going to be crazy getting ready to go! All coconuts have a lot of vanilla, so browning is inevitable. You can add td to the base, as you said. Another idea is to add scent to half the base and then swirl it so it's not ALL so dark. Guest guest
WSP has a browning neutralizer for CP if it's something you don't mind using. I use the MP one in my Classics Collection soaps so they stay white. For the most part it works, or at least it keeps the brown at bay for a while. Kimber. Guest guest
They make vanillin free coconut oil. I googled it and got this shop in England that sells it. http://www.justasoap.co.uk/catalog/coconut-fragrance-oil-p-145.html It might be worth checking it out. Altieri From: kimber@...
