Guest guest
Bill I probably shouldn't take a shot at this question without having my BioExplorer open and protocols as you suggest in front of me (am away from the office) however here goes. I wouldn't necessarily go by color coding, but rather go to the design screen (template as you suggest). You can however, usually identify activity in the bar graphs by knowing that 23-38 is going to fluctuate much faster than 2-5. I've always found the order to be exactly what is in the template even though they may " appear " to be different on the clinician screen (I'm thinking 2 channel 2 inhibits 1 reward in particular). I would not go by the coloring on the oscilliscope, but rather by activity and actual numbering on the template screen. For me, there are two ways to " turn off the video " . I either don't load them when I click on properties on the video screen, or I go to the template window and disconnect the arrow from the threshold (etc.) output to the " video " . I've searched for videos myself, and have a few. I know has designed a fractal collection, (maybe more by now). The variability and stimulation, however, may be necessary to keep a trainee engaged after a few sessions. You might try DVD's with or without sound. Hope I didn't confuse the matter too much. Guest guest
More information Bill. I don't believe I've changed my 1 channel 2 inhibits and 1 reward layout. On mine, the Oscilliscope colors which are marked inhibit inhibit reward, do correspond to the bar colors on the clinicians machine. The only confusion I can see is that from left to right on the oscilliscope it reads inhibit inhibit reward and the bars are positioned left to right reward inhibit inhibit. You may not see the labels at the top of the bars, however if you go to the " instruments " heading at the top of the BioExplorer screen and click on " edit layout " you may get a different view of the clinician bars which say Up Down Down. Hope this helps
