wound won't heal - 9 weeks

A friend of my grandmother has cut into a mole on his left thigh and

tried removing it and now it isn't healing - it's been 9 weeks.

I have read on this list about COLLOIDAL SILVER would this be something

to tell him to use ( and where can I get some ) he don't trust those

people in white coats.

he thinks it's going to heal in time. But I think he has cancer on his

leg ?

Please reply with correct alterative medicine as what to do for him.
