Guest guest
Arnica Montana Balm Dried Arnica, St. 's Wort and Calendula place in jar and cover with good olive oil covering 1 inch. Let sit for at least 6 weeks. Strain with cloth and strainer. Heat oils over double boiler - add a teaspoon at a time of grated beeswax until it reaches consistency desired (test by dipping a spoon into it, place the spoon in the freezer for a few minutes until it hardens and then determine if you want to add more beeswax). Add a few drops of Lavender - I also added Sweet Birch EO - I know of the french coffee press and also know a friend with one not in use - perhaps he will lend it to my herbal cause. p.s. another success story - the corner of my lip had cracked and I put the herbal healing balm on it twice yesterday - today - crack is nearly healed - A. Pasch (mpasch@...) - once again, author unknown to me - used for aches, pains, bruises
