There IS a search for old messages here at this site

I don't know why anyone never told me this -- I guess it's too obvious

to bother responding about -- but there IS a search box to search the

past posts/messages here at this group site.

I just never saw it. Maybe it's new. It's at the bottom of the

message on the site page at (near what looks like the calander).

For example -- if you want to find out about flax seeds -- put the

word " FLAX " in the search box and any posts with flax in the title come

up.

You don't have to page back and scroll down and eye up all the

post " RE: " responses/replies, etc. etc. etc.

Hmmmmm.

Now that's a good one.
