Guest guest
...if you knew how absolutely horrible this depressive anxiety is, however, you might understand why i risked it. i've tried all the central protocols and some alpha training at O1, and nothing is touching it. it seems to coincide with my cortisol rhythms, worsening in the early evening as my cortisol levels peak, so it seemed logical to me that FPO2 might address it.... No argument the experience is unpleasant, especially when it takes on a life of its own. Now that you have learned about the physiological relationships I would suggest you pack up all that cognitive worry, fling open your windows, step out the door and simply breathe in the open air and sunshine. No matter how many strategies you use to " treat' the symptoms, the body needs to be asked simply to function...especially if there has been an acute problem such as a cardiovascular event. A short NF training practice anywhere will be highly unlikely to trigger what you define as " adrenal shutdown " It may seem the opposite strategy of every instinct you have, but a divorce from micro-management of complex physiology is often a significant release from the anxiety in somaticized depressions. Best wishes for a disconnect from technology and a reconnect to living, Aliceann Carlton, LCPC By the way....been there and done that....
