Pete~

Last night during a session with the pendant it stopped working in the middle, went to connecting..... instead of connected. Even though the battery was pretty fully charged I went ahead and charged it over night again. This morning I still get the connecting.... notice and when I turn on the pendant the green light flickers for a second and then dims out. As i play around with it i occationally get a notice that flickers for a split second that says sync error in red and then goes back to connecting...

I was scheduled to do an assessment this morning, so any suggestions would help. Thanks so much,

~

It seems to be related to the battery, I just bought a regular 9 volt battery and it is now working.

I am hoping the problem is related to a faulty rechargeable battery and not a faulty dongle charger. Can I just get a regular rechargable 9volt battery to replace it in a electronics store? Thanks,

I would think so, but get a nickel metal hydride battery instead of nickel cadmium, so you don't have to worry about the battery developing a "memory".
