I just started doing the 'take the sprouts out of the easy sprouter, loosen

and rinse and drain thing. I got more of the hulls out than before and they

seemed happier to have more breathing room. It is hot here in Arizona and I

keep the apartment pretty warm to keep down the utilities. That means more

rinsing, but I think sprouts like it better. I never released the hulls can

ferment, so I am more careful now about loosening and rinsing away the hulls

once my little friends have grown long enough. Thanks for the suggestion.
