Guest guest Posted December 27, 2006 Report Share Posted December 27, 2006 Hello, I have been sprouting mung beans, alfalfa and lentils for some weeks and it is great and all is well. Now I added sprouting wheat and it tastes delicious but the sprouts give me a lot of bloating and flatulence. Has anyone made the same experience and any ideas what I can do about it?
