with that hardware. , on the BrainTrainer list, is a great

resource in this linkage. If you aren't on the BrainTrainer list, join it

The updated Roshi box has returned from Photo Sonix.

Can you please send me the new software for Roshi II+ on the floppy disk.

OK, Dieter. But, in the meantime, try out the default complex 40Hz,

on the [DISCRETE] port. It doesn't require an EEG hook, unless you're

doing NFB training. It'll point the brain towards the Herbert Benson

"relaxation response" better than any simple process that I know of,

besides the mantra, itself; a kind of a mantra simulation.
