Guest guest
A big welcome to Jim Moody who joins us (EOH p 118). Jim is a lawyer in DC who works on legislative matters, e.g. taking parents and scientists to meetings on the Hill, working for sensible vica reform, trying to stop the " bad bills " [immunity for vaxco's] from passing, opposing that awful Eli Lilly rider, working on the " omnibus " case in vaccine court. Take a minute and read his introduction in EOH. If you have political questions in this area, he is a good source to ask. Of all the lobbyists in DC who claim to speak for the autism community, Jim is the one closest to the EOH community's interest by his work and commitmet. -Lenny
Guest guest
Jim, Can you tell me anything about how the lawsuits are going? Is everything blocked? Are any lawsuits going through successfully? What about the ones outside of the Vaccine Fund? My son was born in 1980 (probably a bottom-of-the-vial kid) so what are OUR chances??? Barb Jim Moody in the house. > > > > A big welcome to Jim Moody who joins us (EOH p 118).
