I love fresh sprouted wheat berries too!

My advice to you, start slowly w/ eating one tablespoonful, chewed

well + watch your body react to this " new " living food; bloating is

very normal at the beginning. Give yourself a few days to slowly get

accustomed, start w/ 1 tablespoon - up to six TSP (not all at once)

per day till your body has adjusted. Please do not blanch or cook the

sprouts: all the really good stuff will be destroyed...

The same applies to dehydrated sprouted wheat berries, which I grind

(+ keep in the fridge). When I am out of freshly sprouted berries or I

don't have the time I add the dried ground ones to yoghurt or kefir w/

whatever fruit I fancy.

Enjoy, Ella
