Guest guest
I tried wheat grass in the vita-mix and cut it into little pieces so it wouldn't wrap around the blade like the recommended. I had to add water of course. I noticed it did pulverize it enough to drink and it did taste quite good. However once it settles there is this layer of foam on top. I noticed when I drank the mixture, foam and all I had alot of gas pains. It seems to be better if I just drink the juice at the bottom and pour the foam off. I am in the process of making ice cubes to use for later. I also tried it in my juiceman juicer which supposedly juices wheat grass and it was an utter disaster and complete mess and waste. I hope this helps anyone with a vita-mix.
