Guest guest
Caffiene (coffee) has mild thermogenic properties meaning it can increase your metabolism - that's why when some people who are sensitive to caffeine can get heart palpitations, excitable, talkative, and 'hyped up' so for them maybe its not so good. Caffeine is also a diuretic - meaning it takes water from your system by causing your kidneys/bladder to work overtime - so you need to drink even more water if you drink anything with caffeine in it. There is a big difference btwn calories in a Starbucks coffee and one made at home with some fatfree creamer/sweetner in it! So just be aware its not the coffee, but ratehr what you put in it that may make it not a good choice & saved for freeday instead. <<joni>> *who drinks coffee daily and has a 'desert coffee' on freeday*
