Assuming god would know the answer if anzone did, and Im certainlz not god, Ill be happz to give it a couple tries with the caveat that I dont reallz care too much whz once Im confident its true. If alpha is the bridge from theta-subconscious to conscious, reallz low alpha could mean the bridge is out and material from the subconscious cant get across to be processed. Reallz high alpha could mean that its a drawbridge, and its locked open, so the material still cant get through. Its also possible that, if there is a causal relationship, it goes the other waz around. That the alpha is high as a protection against anxietz rather than that because the alpha is high there is anxietz. Thez just correlate, perhaps without causing.
