hi diane. that's just what i wanted to know.

But...

i typed in " cinnamon treat diabetese " and it said on

one site that only water extract of cinammon was good

against diabetese. it gave the rationale, but with my memory...

so i'll combine the two and take a tsp of liquid extract every day.
