I'm currently awaiting Dell's crack support staff (you've seen the ads, right?)

to come and replace the motherboard on a 3-month-old laptop (their machines are

tested rigorously to be super dependable, at least according to the ads). It

shouldn't be more than, oh, say about 3 work days according to the tech support

guy in India I spoke with last night. THEN I'll be able to get at the file to

which you are referring and check it out.

It sounds like an old design. Prior to 0.99, you could get a percent scoring by

setting up two meters, one measuring the upticks and the other the downticks,

then dividing one of those numbers (the scoring ones) by their sum to get a

percent. Now you just come out of the threshold object.

I'll look it over and get back to you.

thanks,

Pete

Pete In your design for " 2C two inhibits one reward in each (123 KB) " i

notice a Meter 1 Scoring %. It is plugged into an expression

IN1/IN1+In2 which in turn is plugged into two counters which are

plugged into the And object. Each counter is counting the same exact

thing I think. If so, how can the percentage expression work? Forgive

me if it's the math. I was absent during the whole year.

also, one each of the thresholds is a reward and it should be an

inhibit.

You are correct that the third threshold in each channel is set as a reward, when it should be an inhibit.

The two counters measure time above threshold and time below threshold. The expression takes the time when all conditions are being met and divides it by the the total time (time above plus time below). That is the scoring percent.

Thanks for pointing out the error.

Thanks for clarifying it. Where does that Object (Scoring Percent)

appear on the design. I can't find it on mine.

On mine it's in the top right corner of Instruments 2 window, opposite the

points.

Not there Pete. I even looked under all the other objects. But I made a

new one and that works.
