Guest guest
I have to agree with you!! OF course in all diets enzymes are really important..so I think we can all tolerate a certain amount of say sprouted seeds etc..maybe having them as a little starter before eating the main meal..like a mini salad..and possibly adding hot spices if we tend to be cold individuals. I know that if I eat a huge raw salad it does nothing for my ENGINE and gives me no energy what soever..and even if its doing me good on some level..it does not give me long hours of stable energy! Some would argue that If I stuck it out eventually my body would change..to be frank I would probably feel to ill if I did that. What I will say though is ...that if we do not address the underlying energy stresses of our energy bodies...no amount of superb nutrition will do the trick..and we have personal experience of this. ENERGY COMES BEFORE MATTER..and I apologise to those who believe we are just physical bodies! So my adage is find the best diet that suits you..I know that Dairy cloggs me up..but I like it..oh dear what a dilemma..and there is a lot of very negative info about dairy..and I agree with most of it! however I think that raw dairy despite the misgivings may be less harmful and even better fermented.. Iknow this is off the main subject of sprouts..but at the end of the day we all want to find the best diet for ourselves and I hope that for all that we can all do better by including sprouts in our daily diet.
