Guest guest
Oh Jeanine, I am so sorry to hear this. And with Gretchen, it's a double-whammy. I was hoping the testing you were undergoing was for something minor. You and Gretchen will be in my prayers every day. Guest guest
Oh wow that is definatly too bad. But on the plus side you had the courage to ask about it and hoefully caught it really early so you can get working on removing it and leading and longer healthier life. Also I want to thank you for sharing because now I can get more on my mother to talk to her doctor. She always complains about stuff getting caught in her throat. And I recently told her she needs to get it checked out it could be something like cancer, and told her that actor Micheal Duglas I think it is had it. She insists she was always like this though but I will keep on her though. Of course she just went in to the doctors and wont have to go again until January so that wil be harder. I know it must have been tough but thank you greatly for sharing and I hope both you and your daughter get through this quickly. I send good wishes to you both. Glad you caught it early. > > Didn't know if I wanted to share this bit of information but, hopefully, it > may help someone. In July, I had a routine diagnostic test. Guest guest
Oh Chrissi get her to the dr. asap. It's an easy test. Tell her not to wait until she has pain or has real trouble eating or drinking. I found out this is fairly common. Guest guest
Chrissy, your mom needs to go right to a gastroenterologist. She might need her esophagus stretched, which is not a big procedure, although she'll have to be put under. It could be more serious, though, and either way, she needs medical care. Make the appt. for her or make sure she mentions it to her doc., who will surely make her follow up on it. Not a situation to be ignored, for sure. Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry OT. Long.. Didn't know if I wanted to share this bit of information but, hopefully, it may help someone. In July, I had a routine diagnostic test.
