Guest guest
What do you mean by CPOP? Cold process-oven process? If that's what you mean, when the process is finished from the oven, stir the soap to release some of the heat and then add the honey and mix well. I melt my beeswax with my other oils. When I pour my soap into the loaf, I only cover the top with some plastic wrap. Other than that, I never insulate my soap. HTH, Sharon > Hi everyone! > > I have been told if a soap recipe has beeswax or honey in it not to > insulate the molds because honey will raise the temperature on it's own > and you don't want the temperature to go too high too fast. Well, if > that's the case does that mean CPOPing recipes with honey and/or beeswax > in them is out? I need advice!!! > Thank you. > Chris --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
