What do you mean by CPOP? Cold process-oven process? If that's what you

mean, when the process is finished from the oven, stir the soap to release

some of the heat and then add the honey and mix well. I melt my beeswax with

my other oils. When I pour my soap into the loaf, I only cover the top with

some plastic wrap. Other than that, I never insulate my soap.
