I got it to have in my arsenal " just in case " I or someone I know might need it in the future. Respiratory infections are kinda scary to me. I read the specs on it and they seemed good, IMHO, and I thought the info on " Ozol " was very interesting, and it would be worth having the capability around. There seemed to be a little more information about the glass nebulizer itself on the site, but the site has changed a bit (now annoying Tripod pop-ups) and I haven't been able to find it this time in. I used to work on hospital ultrasonic nebulizers and the mist from the Bioregene SEEMS to be a lot finer, though I don't have a way to test that beyond holding a piece of glass in front of the output. I have NOT nebulized CS through it yet, and it may not be as fine as tea tree oil. I don't know; just a guess. Note that the nebulizer itself is " just " some carefully blown glass and you must provide air or oxygen. A small aquarium pump seems to drive it just fine. It is pretty solidly built. A Radio Shack desk microphone stand with mic clip makes a nice holder for it. A repeat of the link to the Bioregene nebulizer (different page though) for those coming in late:-) http://healingtools.tripod.com/thn2.html and scroll down. Guest guest
Ideally, you need between 25 and 35 psi for a nebulizer to properly atomize particles. Furthermore, it is a REALLY good idea to use pure oxgyen and NOT air. Remember, when using a nebulizer, you are charging particles by the process itself.
