Guest guest
Duncan, Moria, et al: I, too, have considered and looked into this concept. Just the discussion on raw milk/butter and the Codex issues that are heating up should tell us that we need to find health care solutions that we have control over. The pathway via " religious " structures gets very, very, sticky. I learned this again as I find the readership to my newsletter growing beyond those who define themselves as Christians. The front page of TEMPLE MAINTENANCE clearly states that it is a Biblical based publication but people are so hungry for ways to take control of their health that I have an " assorted " readership in just three years. I have not taken tax exempt status for various reasons, the primary being that I will not entangle my affairs with the government any more than I am forced too (i.e. IRS etc.) All that to say, I think that Duncan's idea is going in the right direction and is also very timely. My feedback from people tells me that Universal Life Church is laughing stock of anyone serious about ministry and primarily exists to allow people to make money free of taxes. Malkmus, Hallelujah Acres, is so radical right as to be very difficult to work with unless you believe his " religious " way. A fellow named Chet Day broke off from the Malkmus Ministry (www.chetday.com) and has done some excellent work on his own. It would be interesting to get his take on the proposed health ministry. Ann Wigmore's diet is excellent for certain things but not something you would want to live with and remain healthy. We used it at the hospital in MX quite successfully against cancers but long-term it won't " build strong bodies 8 ways " . I would trust Schulze further than all the above put together. He has been there, done that, in terms of what the US Gov will do to you if you disagree with their plans to " care for the people " . I hope the above doesn't sound to negative, but I've got some " been there done that " experience behind me too. I do nutrition counseling free and ask for a contribution on the newsletter just to help cover postage/printing and would love to see a network form to further promote self-care. My two cents worth for this morning, Happy New Year to all, ~jackie~
