Guest guest
Fellow group members..... I had such great responses from this group when I was trying to learn more about what to do about having a gold crown put on my tooth or not, that I've decided to once again see whether there is any input on something I seem to think about at this time every year for some reason. Over 25 years ago I wore the older style " hard " contact lenses and for whatever reason just went back to using glasses for all these years. But periodically I think of how nice it would be to go back to contact lenses once again and leave the glasses behind. Now however, I approach everything differently because I don't want to intoduce problem substances into my body. And somehow the idea of putting some plastic (or whatever they are made out of) lenses into my eyes on an almost continuous basis causes me concern unless I can find some information that assures me I'm not causing harm. Does anyone have any input on whether contact lenses are indeed " okay " to put in the eyes ..... or even whether certain kinds may be better than others? Thanks. Sharon surrylady@...
