Guest guest Posted December 17, 2003 Report Share Posted December 17, 2003 I just ordered the book online yesterday. I guess that's the first step. I've got to make this work! I noticed many of you mention being tired. I find that I am tired all the time. I'm a stay at home mom of 4. I find it hard to even get up the energy to do the everyday things that have to be done... dishes, laundry, etc. I wake up feeling like i haven't even gone to sleep yet. That has gotten a little better since getting my tonsils taken out in October, but I still have a rough time. I have no idea what this plan is about (since i just ordered the book yesterday) I'm assuming I will have to work my butt off(hopefully) Ha! Ha! Has anyone heard of Curves for Women? I'm joining next week and the hubby and I are buying a home gym around the end of January. Will these things be helpful to me? I hope so. Also, does anyone have any tips that I might be able to start using before I get the book? And i want to say thank you to all of you for support that I know I will receive in this group.
