On your free day can you aet what ever you want all day or for one

meal only?In the book it says on your free day you can eat what ever

you want but doesn't specify if thats all day or just one meal.

Thanks in advance for your response.

Hi everyone, i just wanted to jump into the free day discussion. I have been

on WW, Atkins, and Kay Sheppard's food plan (what a lot of Overeaters Anonymous

groups in my area use). The OA program was great and taught me alot but I

didn't like the idea of NEVER having pizza or ice cream again. In order to do

that, I would have to give up my abstinence (being " clean " ).

That all or nothing thing just doesn't work for me. Free day does something for

me psychologically that makes it possible for me to stay on program.

Now my biggest challenge is making time to exercise.

Thanks for listening.
