If they attempt to do so, you can legally charge them with " assault with a deadly weapon " and have the full resources of our laws behind you.>> , Thanks so much for your post, make my eyes well up. I will pass that on to those with young children. I only wish I had that 16 yrs ago when I was sitting in the emergency room with my 3 - 4 month old son, flailing arms, eyes rolling back, body jerking, high fever, having a severe reaction to a vacc given a less than a 24 hrs earlier. Even with my very doubted continuance with ANY vacc., the ped. stated with all his worldy intimidation, I HAD to give my son his vacc's... period, end of conversation. I thought I lived in a country that was free, to make choices, but yet I could not make them for MY son. To this day my son has allergies, ADD, and learning disabilities. Coincidence....? For this reason, recently, at his (school required for sports) yearly well checkup, the Dr. said " he needs his Hepatis Vacc " . I gave him all MY reasons why that was not going to happen, very nicely I might add and said " I will deal with the school on that issue " . The school has not contacted me.
