Gaye,

Go to the library linked to this list. (address at bottom). Do you have

access to soap supplies? If for a first time, you can get all of your

incredients at a local store. There are easy Crisco/Lye/Water recipes

there. But most health food sections of stores carry Coconut Oil.

I helped a friend with her first batch and we just popped into the store, she

bought some peppermint essential oil to add. It's a good first batch soap,

then you can expand on it. This recipe makes a large batch, so you may want

to cut it in half. Make sure you run it through the MMS calculator first

tho. If you need help with this, just email me.

44 oz olive oild

17 oz coconut oil

24 oz veg shortening (like Crisco)

10 3/4 oz lye

32 oz water

4 1/2 tsp of essential oils
