i actually got a lovely bottle of herbed oil for xmas and it says

" remove fresh herbs after opening " . ingredients just say " canola

oil, rosemary, herbs, spices " . no preservative. there is a huge

stalk of rosemary in there plus some fat bay or sage leaves.

plus the rest i guess is dried, except for the rosemary that fell off

the stalk (fresh or dried?) but after the whole discussion on this

list now i'm afraid to use it!

also the bottle is a pretty shape but its triangular, narrow on the

top so i think i will have to use chopsticks or something to fish

the bay leaf out. highly impractical conconction (made in

canada)
