Guest guest
I agree that providing good product information and having the product wrapped work great... I also offer a money back guarantee on all products... But when I am were I can, I do offer a way for the consumers to test the product...I believe with just one use, you can feel a difference...In fact that what I state in the flyer that I printed... frances Sampling Soaps > Our tried and true approach to selling soap and our other products has been > to provide good product knowledge to potential consumers. > > We explain the composition of our soap, we explain each of the oils and why > we use it and why we use the proportion that we use. We leave only one > sample bar per scent out for folks to smell and touch ........ all other > bars are wrapped (who wants to buy a bar that has had many hands on it). We > explain the difference between handmade soap and commercial products and > talk about our experience with it and what our return customers have said. > We also offer a money back guarantee on all of our products. > > I am one heck of a merchandiser/marketer (sorry, no false modesty) and our > business has taken off very nicely using only a two main elements.....good > product information as above for all of our products (written or in person) > plus clean, neat, quality packaging.... has kept us steadily growing since > we started three years ago. > > Tina > Valleymade Naturals > > > >
