Guest guest
It was 1970. I finished basic training, advanced training and was assigned to go to Vietnam. Part of the " out processing " involved walking innocently through a little building with about 8 people in it; four on each side, holding the " air guns " that gave shots. So by walking through this litte shack, within about 30 seconds I was given two or three shots by each person, making a total of about 20 or 30 shots given. How I regret having submitted to that brutality. I had no idea what I was getting into. Live and learn. A warning to any kids out there wanting to joint the armed services: watch out -- they love to use you as guinia pigs to test new vaccines and neurotoxins etc out on. You think you are going to serve your country, yes you will, in more ways than you dream. They keep your records in the VA forever; 25 years later you go to VA for some disease, they will check your service record and shots etc and learn something. How kind you will have been to have helped them in their studies. BOTTOM LINE: now, ever since, there has not been a SINGLE MOMENT since then that I cannot feel pain, when I put my mind on that area, in both upper arms. Just where the shots were given. Whatever those shots were, my arms STILL ACHE A LOT AND CONSTANTLY AFTER MORE THAN 30 YEARS. If the capital letters look like I am shouting, it is because I AM shouting. With anger, too. So the question: is there anything I can do now to stop the aching? As much as I would love to do ozone therapy, alas, I live in LA wehre it is not legal and don't have my own ozone generator. But Tijuana is close, any suggestions? A little history: Since 1970 I have been vegetarian 20 years, done lots of wheatgrass, regular fasting (last year with Fasting.com did 87 days....), run lots of marathons, done yoga compulsively, medtated, done the Bob Beck procotocl, wearing magnets, and many other alternative practices BUT NONE OF IT AFFECTS THE ARM PAIN from the shots. I certainly would have thought fasting 87 days, and losing 35 pounds with a supervised broth/juice fast would cure the situation. On the contrary, it had no effect. How can that be??? So it is pretty heavy duty thing, I suppose. What can possible help me? Steve Hamlin
