Guest guest Posted October 16, 2003 Report Share Posted October 16, 2003 Wahhh, what do I do this is working so well for me. I love what BFL has done for me so far. I'm only on week 8. I now kind of dread doing weight work. I find it too boring. I do it at home. Would I gym be better? I wonder if I could do the same focused work out that I do now in a gym. Is it worht it?
