Salt Scrubs

Looking on this question it would seem regular soap would remove the oils you

just put in, defeating the purpose.

I use superfatted soaps because I have dry skin and only use it lightly. I use

soap following the scrubs. I use the scrubs mostly on my hands, elbows, knees

and feet and after all the scrubbing there's nothing left but the exfoliated

skin so I usually just rinse those areas.

Some scrub formulas I've seen have bath or shower gel mixed in. That seems like

a great idea too.

Do you use soap before or after this process?
