This product called Gastric-EEZ contains no protease and is suitable for

gastritis:

This company also lists a separate amylase product. I looked on PubMed

and didn't come up with anything. I don't like the search engine--it is

way too broad.

Also, Gamma Zyme by R Garden has no protease in it either. I use it in between

meals. It is recommended for people with some stomach or intestinal irritation.

A few bottles of it and then you are supposed to be able to move on to a formula

with protease in it. It has some herbs in it that are supposed to be healing

and soothing to the stomach/intestine
