If those cans of Coke and Montain Dew are not diet, you might as well

just take a few teaspoons of sugar and got directly to mouth... :)

Regular soda or fruit juices are b-a-d.

If you are a junkie, have the diet versions and maybe cut down

some...and water, unfortunately, is something you need...and is very

good for your body and the fat loss process. Even drinking huge

amount of diet pop can be dehydrating so maybe for every diet soda,

have a few glasses of water. Maybe look into ice teas (without

sugar) or Crystal Lite.

I love Diet Coke with Lemon and I know there are others that can

drink 2 2liter bottles at a clip...I do but I am also very dedicated

to drinking about 100 ozs. of water a day.

I would try to find solutions to things...like if you love Coke, do

Diet Coke. You may have to be creative in the process with what you

eat and drink, but it can be done.

I am still waiting for the Diet Champagne...

Good luck!
