I haven't started yet, i'm just absorbing all the info i can from people in the group. I'm really psyched and just waiting for the book to arrive in the mail. Just a few questions for anyone. right now i weigh about 216 pounds and have been very inactive for most of my life. I am also a caffiene addict. If you walk into my kitchen you will see about 4 12 packs of coke, 2 12 packs of mt. dew and some sprite(my hubbies). If i don't drink soda, i get the worst migraines in the world. So bad i can't even see. i was sitting here catching up on all the messages from the weekend and drinking a coke when i said to myself " you've got to stop that and drink water " . Well, i HATE water. But, i went upstairs and poured my coke down the drain and got a huge glass of ice water. I'm sitting here now sipping it. YUK! but, i've got to do it right? How do I get off the soda? Should i do it cold turkey or a little at a time? and if cold turkey, how do i deal with the migraines? Also, I want to start exercising now before i get the book. after the first of the year, we are getting a home gym. I'm also joining curves and a friend has pilates that we're gonna do. But, for now any suggestions on where to start would be great! Remember i'm a very out of shape stay at home mom. But i want to change my life. Thanks in advance for all input.
