Where excatly is the line between training and overtraining? My

primary goal is fat loss and I do the normal BFL workouts 6 days a

week, but I also do yoga 3-4 times a week, kickboxing 1-2 times a

week (its a cardio class, no bags, etc.) and I try to bellydance a

couple times a week, too. Do you guys think that I might be doing

too much?

Here is my uneducated opinion: For me that is too much. But it

depends. If you like it and it's fun then why not. The yoga could

be stress reducing and the kickboxing fun. Just don't go for 10's on

the kickboxing. If you are doing it because you think BFL isn't

enough for you than I think you are overtraining and not giving BFL a

chance to work. You probably should eat more than people like me.
