Sometimes that happens to me if I either don't eat enough or add a little fat or protein to my breakfast. Right now I'm on a peanut butter kick (what else is new?) and I find that the extra fat in the pb really keeps me satisfied longer. I do spread it on thin, I don't even have a full serving since it is high in calories, but the bit I do add does help. Take care!
