Hi,

Sun Salutations is made up of footage from Yoga

Shakti. I think there are several other DVDs out

there that are made up of Yoga Shakti footage - Lunar

Flow, and some others. I bought Sun Salutations

thinking it was a brand new workout, but alas, I was

wrong!

That said, kassia, I'm glad that you like this one.

Put Yoga Shakti on your wish list. I'm sorry that

your DH messed up and got you the Better Sex Through

Yoga for Xmas. He probably thought he was doing a

good thing. I've honestly been curious about those -

so if you decide to keep them - let us know how they

are. Sometimes those DH's mess up, don't they!!
