the problem with that is that matricaria...german chamomile has a

relatively short shelf life...we've had some straight from the still german

chamomile degrade and start to show a greenish tint in only two

years... it's NOT a longlived oil, and you would probably do better to

buy in smaller quantities.

we had to unload the matricaria at less than we had paid for it...teach me

to overbuy!

An expensive loss!

I keep the temperature in my storage area around 60-65 F. I buy an ounce at a

time. I think I will be switching to Anthemis nobilis once this bottle is gone.

After making the statement below, I remembered when I received the Matricaria it

was not as sweet as the Anthemis. I bought it without prior experience with it.

Lesson learned. It was after some time and adjusting that I had come to even

want to work with it.

I'm really not fond of either oils as they make me feel nauseous. The live or

dried flower is much more pleasant.

Thanks for the warning on the Matricaria. I will keep my nose on it.
