Strong oils?

I am a real newbie and this is so much fun.....can anyone tell me how to get

that

first strong smell of scent when you open your package, either a bar of soap

or lotion bar? Should

I use more oil? Different oil? r oil? I have bought oils from

Snowdrift and really like them

but should I buy EO or FO ? Does it matter?
