Guest guest Posted December 22, 2003 Report Share Posted December 22, 2003 The last couple of weeks, I feel like I have been in a little, not big, just a little plateau, and it could just be my imagination because I have still been working my butt off and eating good,etc..anyways, I was reading in the general links area in the FAQ's section and it explained how to know how much protein and carbs to eat per meal..the break down of 40/40/20 and how it goes by weight and what you want to accomplish. Whether you just want to gain muscle, lose fat, etc.. Well I want to gain muscle and lose fat, with that indicator it says I should be doing about 40 grams of protein/carb and 9 g of fat per meal...now how the heck am I suppose to do that...I will gain all my weight back won't I??? I am at about 15-24 g pro/2-3 carbs per meal and staying as far away from fat as possible.
