I don't post very much because I only have a computer at work but I

just had to tell you that my mother was always very heavy and drank a

lot of soda. She did not change anything except she started drinking

water and diet soda and she is now a size 10!!. Just think what you

can do if you stop drinking soda and do BFL WOW
