Thanks for the recommendation. Seems like the vitamix would be healthier than a traditional juicer since you keep the fiber instead of separating it out as you make the juice. Is this true? Is there a limit how much you can drink each day or do you just keep drinking until full? How about using Chia seeds in the juice/smoothie -- has anyone tried this?
