Just watched this after reading about it on the listserv and it was very

inspirational and great to watch. Thanks for the recommendation.

Seems like the vitamix would be healthier than a traditional juicer since you

keep the fiber instead of separating it out as you make the juice. Is this

true?

Is there a limit how much you can drink each day or do you just keep drinking

until full?

How about using Chia seeds in the juice/smoothie -- has anyone tried this? Would

it be okay since it's a natural plant food?
