They said they know of no farmers in the state that produce raw products. The Ethington Dairy in Chandler had raw milk and butter, but were harassed by the state so much that they quit production a year ago. Same for a raw goat dairy near Tucson. These products sold very well, even though the Kommisars required the label: " these are RAW products and should be consumed by ANIMALS ONLY " . They also required that the raw milk be separated from the other milks by a plastic divider panel - as if the monstrous, killer buggies in the raw milk were going to jump over, chew through the cartons and contaminate the " GOOD " milk!! It just boogles the mind how these stooges operate! They must all have been born on the planet MORON!! Anyway, the search continues for raw milk and/or butter. Thanks, Jim for your response. There would be a significant market in the Phoenix area if a steady supply could be found. I will do more checking from my end.
