Guest guest
Hi . At first I always felt really guilty but I am getting past that. I've completed one challenge and am now using BFL as a way of life, not counting challenges anymore. You need the free day to get your metabolism revved up (from what I understand), get your body out of starvation mode. And what you ate, that is nothing compared to some of my free days! Friday was my free day, I ate a bfl m1, forgot my m2, lunch was 3 small (yes, they were very small LOL) pieces of sausage pizza and one piece of apple pizza (YUM!!!) and a salad with REAL ranch dressing, went to my moms and had a handful of reese's pb cups (the small ones) and for dinner had 3 pieces of pizza again. I usually don't eat this much for a free day but it just happened that way and I will probably not have much of a free day this week ) Sunshine
Guest guest
My free days are usually pretty moderate, but my free day last week was one for the record books. I had 4 Krispy Kreme glazed donuts for breakfast, part of a foot long sub and half a bag of sour cream & onion Sun Chips for lunch, half a pint of pumpkin ice cream around 3pm, half of a large Spicy Mediterranean pizza and cheese bread sticks dipped in Ranch dressing for dinner, and the other half of the pint of pumpkin ice cream around 10pm. I also popped handfuls of Hot Tamale candies throughout the day. Now THAT was a good free day. Oink! B ----- Original Message ----- The guilt is really getting to me now........I think I am going to switch to just a free meal....if I had had just the sub and fries OR popcorn and M & Ms than I would feel okay...but both...guilt... Anyone else feel this way?
